By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. 99ply reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification fails.
2.2 Residency: The Platform is intended primarily for players located in Malaysia. 2.3 Excluded Persons: The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform:

3.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 99ply will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication: 99ply offers optional Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA. In the event of account compromise, 2FA-enabled accounts receive expedited investigation priority.
3.5 KYC Verification: 99ply may at any time request that a Player provide identity verification documents including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.
4.1 Deposit Methods: 99ply accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may change without prior notice.
4.2 Currency: All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Crypto deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 99ply are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion. These Terms constitute the general framework; individual promotion pages set out the specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates applicable to each offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page at the time of the offer.
5.3 Abuse: 99ply reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings in cases where: (a) a Player has opened multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; (b) coordinated bonus abuse is identified; (c) the Player has used any form of automated or software-assisted betting to satisfy wagering requirements; or (d) the Company reasonably determines that a Player has exploited a software error or misconfigured odds.
5.4 Promotional offers are subject to withdrawal or modification at any time at 99ply's sole discretion. Active bonuses already claimed will be honoured under the terms current at the time of claiming.

6.2 Sportsbook: All bets on the 99ply sportsbook are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the governing sports body. 99ply reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the odds were clearly displayed in error or where market manipulation is suspected.

9.2 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 99ply makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9.3 In no event shall 99ply's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10.1 99ply collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
10.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).
10.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 99ply, subject to applicable legal obligations that may require 99ply to retain certain data for specified periods.

12.1 99ply reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

14.3 Any claim against 99ply must be brought within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside this period will be barred.
